Death By Squats
1 Squat (70% of 1 Rep Max)
2 Squats (70% of 1 Rep Max)
3 Squats (70% of 1 Rep Max)

You can perform any type of weighted squat for this workout. Although, you can only use one movement all throughout the workout.
CINDY FULL OF GRACE (Time)
3 Cycles, For Time:
3 Rounds of "Cindy"
10 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)

1 round of "Cindy" is 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats. Complete 3 rounds, then do the 10 clean-and-jerks. Perform that whole "cycle" three times.
