For Time
1,200 meter Run

Then, 12 Rounds of:
4 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
12 Air Squats

If you have a weight vest (20/14 lb), wear it.
Official Time cap: 25 minutes.
Norce Time cap: 35 minutes.

Rx: As above
Intermediate: 10 rounds and regular pullups
Scaled: 10 rounds and kipping HSPUs and regular pullups
Scaled+: 12 rounds and pushups and ring rows
